The hotel complex is in one of the major avenues of the Belarusian capital not far from thruways and near the park area. That is why your guests will be able to get to the event venue easily even if they do not stay at our Hotel.
A meeting room, classic halls for 50-100 people and spacious halls for greater events where it is possible to seat up to 250 people without any difficulty – all of it is at business community’s disposal.
Our event management specialists will offer you comfortable seating plans:
- Theatre is the most spacious variant that can be realized in Small, Ceramic and White Halls of the Restaurant and in the Great Conference Hall;
- Class is the best way to seat the participants of large presentations with up to 100 people to be present;
- Round table presupposes close communication among participants and a small number of guests (up to 80 people).
A wide choice of technical facilities and supporting equipment offered by our Hotel will help to make your event informative and emotionally colored:
- projection equipment and displays;
- loudspeaker equipment;
- TV and information boards;
- flipcharts;
- Wi-Fi on all the territory of the Hotel.
In case of events lasting for a considerable time, there is an option to arrange coffee breaks and adequate nutrition for your guests in any hall of the Restaurant.
